With more than four decades of experience at the intersection of international trade law, Jim Adduci has built a career defined by leadership, integrity, and results before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
From his early service as legal counsel to the Commission, through his work on the U.S. delegation to the Tokyo Round negotiations, and across decades of private practice, Jim has helped shape the field of Section 337 litigation and international trade law.
Jim founded and led Adduci, Mastriani & Schaumberg for nearly four decades, building one of the nation's most active Section 337 practices — involved in nearly a quarter of the 850+ Section 337 investigations ever filed before the ITC. After concluding his tenure with AMS, Jim continued his international trade practice through Adduci LLP, carrying forward more than four decades of experience before the ITC.
